OUR IN-HOUSE FINISHING SERVICES
Prior to despatch the finished product can be shot blasted, spray painted, galvanised or zinc plated to your requirements.

In addition to our comprehensive finishing services, we now include a powder coating facility. This process achieves uniform and superior quality coverage without paint runs and ensures excellent resistance to corrosion. Powder coating is also quick and very cost-effective, even on small batches, enabling us to offer this provision at very competitive rates. We are capable of powder coating a wide variety of sizes, from small components to parts up to 3m long.

Here at Wayland Sheet Metal & Fabrications our philosophy has always been to provide our customers with the convenience and flexibility of a 'one-stop shop'. From our manufacturing plant in Heywood, we handle the entire process. We work very closely with our Greater Manchester-based customers to meet their exact specifications. From initial CAD drawings to fabrication, punching, bending and welding, we can handle everything. We even have an onsite oven to cure paint quickly.

We undertake all production and finishing in-house to give the quickest possible turnaround without jeopardising quality.
